The Challenge

The team had data scattered across tools and no single place for customers to see product usage. They needed a fast, self-serve dashboard that non-technical users could read at a glance.

The Solution

Built a Next.js App Router dashboard with server components for data fetching, streaming charts (Recharts), saved views, and granular role-based permissions. Optimized queries and added caching to keep loads under a second.

The Result

Reduced support tickets about "where do I see X" by ~40% and became the product's most-used screen within a month of launch.
